Application for an Honorary Title is open to all persons of good will who wish to collaborate in chivalrous spirit in the furtherance of the House Statutes. Each Candidate may apply by sending a Letter Application which includes documentation of service. You should include your Curriculum plus one ID.

Please know that not every applicant is accepted, no matter how strong their apparent qualifications, the Caputo Organization has a firm policy of never giving reasons should an application be declined. Some common reasons for a rejected application include reliance on dubious honors and titles, questionable academic qualifications, or a sparse record of charitable or public service. Almost a third of all applications are declined, because of the above or due to not having first made inquiries or provided information prior to being invited to submit a Petition.

You will be informed of the procedure to be followed to submit your candidacy to the Caputo Nobility Organization and of the Donations and The Chancery´s fees Requested.

There are modest initiation fees and dues set by councils under regulations established by the Head of the House. The passage fees are for membership for Knight/Dame application.

Your possible eligibility for nomination will be submitted to the Board of the Organization who will advise you in writing of his decision.

I do hereby petition for membership and offer to serve with honor, valor, courage, and compassion, understanding that I will be obligated to meet certain requirements involving passage fees, annual oblations, and the attendance of ceremonial functions (If needed).

I, the Undersigned, do hereby request the Grant of Letters Patent of Nobility in the House of The Noble Organization of Caputo Family with the Rank, Style, Dignity, Honor and Title of:

THE FOLLOWING OATH OF FEALTY MUST BE SIGNED BY EVERY APPLICANT FOR THE DEGREES IN NOBLE DYNASTY OF PERFECTION BEFORE THIS PETITION CAN BE PRESENTED TO THE ORGANIZATION.

 Oath of Fealty

I, the undersigned, do hereby promise on my word of honor, and swear true Faith, Allegiance and Fealty to the Supreme Council of Sovereign Prince Grand Master of Noble Dynasty of the House of Antioch and Swabia of Caputo Nobility Organization.

I hereby attest that I support traditional Chivalric values. I agree to perform charitable and benevolent works in my community in the name of the Organization and in this service to the oppressed poor, sick and lame, oppose the desecration of holy sites anywhere--regardless of religion; and oppose injustices and denial of injustices. 

That I will hold allegiance to the said Supreme Council and be loyal thereto, as the Supreme Authority of the Organization so long as I may continue to reside within its Jurisdiction; will hold illegal and spurious every other body that may be established within its Jurisdiction, claiming to be a Supreme Council of Noble Dynasty.

And Should I violate this, my solemn Vow and Pledge, I consent to be expelled from Noble Dynasty and all rights therein and in any body of the Organization.

This oath do I give of my own free and independent will, so help me God!

I authorize the Caputo Nobility Organization to utilize any and all public means available to verify the information contained herein. I understand "The House" will not contact any given references without my direct consent. In accordance with the Common Law, your electronic signature constitutes a legal and binding application agreement.

We do not sell Title of Nobility, rather we confer Honor Title of the Caputo Nobility Organization to honest and worthy people who promise to help the Institution. 

All titles and honors that can be achieved though the Organization can only be offered to worthy individuals with a certain social or professional background and must have a good reputation. We cannot and do not accept every person who applies. Our main office will examine the background of each and every one who applies. The aim of the Organization is to find the right people who is willing to work with us to help others, thus obtaining the honors.

A Title of Nobility is bestowed to individuals who have contributed significantly to the Cultural, Humanitarian, Monetary Assistance and Historical promulgation of Noble Dynasty around the world. Individuals must be recognized by their charitable activities, which have a major impact on street children of Guatemala City.

An Imperial Knight or Dame of Noble Dynasty devotes itself with benevolent projects. In cooperation with governmental, as well as, private entities, it contributes to community service. To become a Knight/Dame  or Noble of Noble Dynasty The House of Antioch and Swabia of Caputo Nobility Organization is purely a fraternal title, and does not imply that its bearer becomes aristocratic, in name or in blood. However, he may add his rank after his name to indicate his membership which is limited to a polite means of addressing each other within the Order.

The Titles of Honor of Nobility are offered solely on personal satisfaction only. Titles have no connection with any Government, Religious or Official body.
