APPLICATION

Application for an Honorary Title is open to all persons of good will who wish to collaborate in chivalrous spirit in the furtherance of the House Statutes. Each Candidate may apply by sending a Letter Application which includes documentation of service. You should include your Curriculum plus one ID.

All Reverends and the Ministers of the Christian faith are admitted as Ecclesiastical members (Chaplains of the Organization) and all religious must enclose in the application for admission, in addition to the documents provided in the application, a certificate of their superiors stating their ordination and their particular ecclesiastical title.

When reviewing a Petitioner's application the officers of Grand Chapter of the House of Caputo Organization look at a person's record of service to charity and society, as well as accomplishment in their personal and professional lives. Every petition is carefully reviewed on its own merits and stated qualifications and accomplishments investigated. It goes without saying that to be admitted as a member, a person has to be of good character and be a credit to the House.

Please know that not every applicant is accepted, no matter how strong their apparent qualifications, the Caputo Organization has a firm policy of never giving reasons should an application be declined. Some common reasons for a rejected application include reliance on dubious honors and titles, questionable academic qualifications, or a sparse record of charitable or public service. Almost a third of all applications are declined, because of the above or due to not having first made inquiries or provided information prior to being invited to submit a Petition.

The Head of Caputo Nobility Organization strongly rejects applicants who show sign of seeking personal status from membership, self-aggrandizement or power as well as "medal-worship", pointing out that humility in acts of charity and adherence to the standards of the Organization are the first steps to true nobility and Chivalry.

Where proof of Nobility is present, the family history must be submitted at the time of application along with a copy of the family coat of arms. Claims cannot be submitted at a later date. All documents required at the time of application must be sent to the main office under which the applicant has applied.

The sponsor is responsible to ensure that the applicant is aware of the background of the Order and its activities, and to see that all documents of applicants are correct before submitting them.

All fees to the Organization must be paid on application; this is to cover all international registration and office fees as well as the annual oblation fee for the current year.

Members are requested to pay their yearly fees within 10 days of the date due, all cost are subject to change without notice, no receipt will be issued unless requested by the member at the time of payment.

Please before submitting your application; ensure that you believe that you are the right person to become a member of the Caputo Nobility Organization. Please write a letter stating why you believe you should be considered for membership. The letter should state your personal commitment and the contribution you wish to make to the Organization.

No person, member or other, is allowed to send, bestow or grant any Diplomas, Letters of Patent or any Certificates in the name of the Organization. Titles and awards within the organization have to be granted by the Head of the Organization, with all seals, and signatures, of the Grand Chancellor of the Caputo Nobility Family. All titles and honors are private within the Organization.

All titles and honors that can be achieved though the Organization can only be offered to worthy individuals with a certain social or professional background and must have a good reputation. We cannot and do not accept every person who applies. Our main office will examine the background of each and every one who applies. The aim of the Organization is to find the right people who are willing to work with us to help others, thus obtaining the honors.

You will be informed of the procedure to be followed to submit your candidacy to the Caputo Nobility Organization and of the Donations and The Chancery´s fees Requested.

Your possible eligibility for nomination will be submitted to the Board of the Organization who will advise you in writing of his decision.
